Self-Opening Square. A box-bottom bag that stands upright on its own, so counter staff can fill it one-handed. Strong, stackable, and the workhorse of takeaway packing.
The everyday retail carrier. Rope-twist paper handles glued to a reinforced turnover, so the bag takes real weight without the handle pulling through.
Same build, white recycled kraft. A cleaner ground for multicolour artwork and photography — what most apparel, pharmacy and gift retailers specify.
Board-weight luxury packaging on art, kraft or textured stock. Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV and matt or gloss lamination — built size-to-order, not from a stock list.

Piece counts derived from weight vary by ±1–2%. Printing rate varies with design and number of colours.
Custom printing
Every line in the catalogue takes print. Send artwork — even a rough logo — and we come back with a proof before anything goes on press. The rate moves with the design and the number of colours, so we quote your artwork, not a generic per-bag figure.
Flat spot colour for logos and contact blocks; full multicolour where the artwork carries photography or gradients.
Foil stamping, embossing and debossing, spot UV, and matt or gloss lamination on the 200–300 GSM premium line.
Plain stock starts at 400 kg. Customisation doubles it, because the run has to justify plate and setup time.
Once a custom size is cut, the die is kept for your repeat orders — reorders skip straight to production.
Packing & export
Bundle counts, bale weights and container loads are published per size in the tables above.
500 pcs per bundle, kraft-wrapped, strapped and labelled with the size reference so the receiving warehouse can sort without opening anything.
Standard bale is 30 kg. Because domestic SOS is sold by weight, the piece count per bale is published against each size and carries a ±1–2% tolerance.
Woven sacks, printed cartons, your own carton artwork, or palletised and shrink-wrapped for a forklift. Tell us how the goods get handled at the far end and we pack to suit.
Handle bags ship in taped cartons rather than open bundles, so the twisted handles stay seated. Cartons palletise and shrink-wrap for container or truck.

Materials & capability
We publish the material spec for every line rather than leaving it on request, and we will say plainly when an add-on — a lamination, a synthetic ribbon — changes how the bag should be disposed of. Paper is only the better choice if the whole build is.
Brown and white recycled kraft across the SOS and handle ranges — recyclable and biodegradable as supplied.
SOS bags for takeaway, bakery, grocery and QSR are made on food-grade kraft.
The premium line uses matt or gloss lamination and rope or ribbon handles. Ask us for the fully paper-based build if the recycling route matters more than the finish.
